Alexander slams Transport Minister veto on new carriages for southeastern

Lewisham East MP Heidi Alexander has condemned yet another blow to the area's commuters from Transport Secretary Chris Grayling. "This  is a really disappointing response from the rail minister.  When a cross party group pf MPs met with him before Christmas, he gave the strong impression that new carriages would be on their way soon."
