The Lee Green Assembly is an open community meeting that takes place four times a year. The ward Assembly gives you a chance to raise your concerns with local Councillors and Council Officers, meet other residents who live in the ward and together help to shape the future of the area.

What’s on the agenda at this meeting?

Back in February this year, we consulted residents on what the priorities for the assembly should be for 2017-18. From the responses received, we found that parking and traffic was a top concern for local people. We have listened to you and decided to do something to address this concern.

The main agenda for this meeting will be dedicated to parking and traffic. Simon Moss, the Council’s Transport Manager will be in attendance to respond to any issues or questions you may have about traffic, rat-running and parking. Come along and get involved in the discussion.

Other items on the agenda includes:

1)    Police Safer Neighbourhood Update

2)   Presentation and approval of bid submitted to the remaining Assembly fund.

3)    Update on Manor House & Library – A presentation from V22 Director (The organisation that manages Manor House and the library)

4)    Community update and any other business

There will also be the usual opportunity for local groups to publicise their activities. If you would like to update the assembly on anything, please let us know and we will try to give you a forum to promote your news, either at the assembly meeting, on www.LeeGreen.London or email your information to

The Assembly provides a good chance to raise other issues that matters to you. So do come along and take part in improving your area.
